Joseph Sadoski, AIA

Associate Principal

Joseph joined Signal as one of the first employees in the spring of 2015. He led the effort for the Program Development and Capital Improvement Plan for Fort Worden Public Development Authority in Port Townsend. Upon completing the plan for Fort Worden, Joseph led the design and coordination of converting Makers Square into an arts and education center of the Fort. That has included the adaptive reuse of Buildings 305, 308, and 324 and 7 acres of utility and site improvements. He is currently overseeing the construction administration of the Makers Square improvements with project completion anticipated in early 2020. Joe has provided a design support role with Ebey Waterfront Park in Marysville and Encompass Pediatric Care facility in Snoqualmie. These projects have expanded his experience engaging with cultural non-profit entities and the learning-based programming that is a critical part of their complex project requirements.

Joseph received a Bachelor of Environmental Design in 2006 from Montana State University and a Master of Architecture in 2011 from the University of Oregon. Joseph is a licensed architect in Washington.
