Plamena Milusheva, Associate AIA

Project Manager and Designer

Plamena brings over 10 years of cross-disciplinary project design and management experience focused on weaving together diverse people, ideas, and processes towards developing complex, unique projects within the public realm.

Her work in architecture is founded on a deep interest in supporting rich experiences within the built environment. She values research as an integral part of the design process, always in search of bringing new understandings that can inform a project’s direction. Her love of tinkering and fabrication translates into a project management approach defined by curiosity, agility, and continual refinement to meet changing project needs and unexpected discoveries. She harnesses her experience leading highly technical public installations and design research initiatives into her design and project management processes by building connections across disciplines and finding opportunities for deeper design integration.
